We built this tool so your credentials stay with you, not with us. You log in directly on your provider’s site and Ubiquity never sees or stores your password. We’ll download only the documents needed for your transfer. Once we retrieve your documents, the connection ends.
Why do you need me to log in?
You could track down these documents yourself, but we can save you the extra steps.Logging in once lets us handle that for you in a few minutes. Your credentials are never stored or seen by us.
How does this work?
This works in three steps: tell us who currently holds your plan, log in once on their site, and then confirm that you’re done. We'll retrieve your documents and set up your Ubiquity plan. Your part only takes about three minutes.
What if I can't log in?
No problem. If something doesn't go through, you’ll be able to tell us that you couldn’t log in. Our team will step in to help you finish. Setup pauses until you're ready, and nothing happens without you.
