How to reset your password
First, navigate to the Ubiquity website and select Log In onthe top right corner.
Here, you can enter your username and password to access theUbiquity portal.
If you need to reset your password for your Ubiquity account, click on Can't Log In.
Enter your email address that you used to sign up with us. If you are unsure of the email address you used for the account, please call client onboarding at 855-910-4015.
Confirm the email you entered. Click on Send Email. We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
