If you’re having trouble logging in to your account or resetting your password, the issue is usually easy to fix. Below are the most common reasons for password login difficulties and how to resolve them. How to Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it online:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. Enter the requested information.
  3. Check your email inbox for reset instructions.

Why You May Not Receive the Password Reset Email

If you don’t see the reset email, here are possible reasons:

  • Spam/Junk folder: The email may have been routed there.
  • Outdated email address: If your account is linked to a former work email, the reset message may be sent to that inbox.
  • Account not registered: If you’ve contributed to the plan but never created your online account, you’ll need to complete registration before you can reset your password.
  • Email system blocking messages: If our system attempts to send an email three times and your email provider rejects it (bounces it back), our system will automatically block further messages to that address. If you’ve requested multiple password resets but still haven’t received them, please call us at (855) 401-4357 so we can verify your identity and help troubleshoot your login issue.

Locked Accounts

If you enter the wrong password too many times, your account will be temporarily locked.

  • To unlock it, complete the password reset process.
  • If you still can’t access your account, email info@myubiquity.com for assistance.

Expired Passwords

For security, passwords may expire after a set period of time.

  • If your password has expired, email info@myubiquity.com or call us at (855) 401-4357 and we will help you reset it.

Completing Account Registration

If you haven’t registered your account yet, you’ll need to do so before you can log in:

  1. When you first became eligible, you should have received an email with the subject line “Your future has arrived!”
  2. This email includes a Get Started link to create your account.
  3. If the link has expired, use the Enroll Now link in the same email.
  4. If you can’t find the email or the link no longer works, email info@myubiquity.com for assistance.

Summary

Most login issues are caused by:

  • Outdated contact information
  • Account not yet registered
  • Expired passwords
  • Email providers blocking reset messages

Once your account is registered and your email address is up to date, you can reset your password anytime using the Forgot Password link.
