Need to prepare annual compliance testing? You can find the necessary reporting on the Reports page of your TPA Portal.


Available reporting on the site:

  • Employee Demographic Report: Census data derived from payroll data captured throughout the year and adjustments to census information (i.e., compensation, hours, ownership) made by the Plan Sponsor or at the Plan Sponsors request
  • Participant Report by Source and Investment (Trust Accounting Report): Snapshot of the plan balances by participant per source and investment including beginning of year balances, contributions, transfers, gain/loss and end-of-year balances
  • Employee Balance: A listing of all active employees regardless of balance and terminated employees with a balance. It displays each employees current total source balance and their vested percentage for that source
  • Contribution Analysis: Summary of hours, compensation and contributions made during the year
  • End of Year Data Download: This report includes annual data with SSNs that can be used for testing and 5500 reporting. Due to the sensitive nature of the data contained, this report can only downloaded as a password protected zip file. 

Reports can be downloaded in CSV and Excel.
